Established since January 2001, this location offers classes for adults only (17+) on Monday nights at Lacey Green Village Hall, Main Road, Lacey Green. This session is open to all students in Seido Karate.

Childrens Classes

• 6:30pm  to 7:30pm - Fitness, Fun & Syllabus Training
  

Adult Classes

• 7:30pm  to 8pm - Warm up, conditioning
• 8:00pm to 8:30pm - Syllabus Training
• 8:30pm  to 9pm - Strength, Endurance & Sparring Class
